When a customer calls your Answrd number, it rings your phone. Pick up and it is a completely normal call. Answrd only steps in if you do not answer. You never lose the chance to speak to a customer directly. This is true on every plan, every time.

If you do not pick up, your customer gets a text within seconds. It goes out automatically in your business name, lets them know you will be in touch, and gives them a way to get moving straight away. Most people do not wait around. A booking calendar set up and run by us

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (including GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and Twilio) solely to deliver our services. All third parties are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in compliance with UK GDPR.

Your rights

These terms govern the provision of services by Answrd ("we", "us") to clients ("you"). By entering into a service agreement with Answrd you agree to these terms.

Services

Answrd provides a fully managed AI-powered missed call response, booking, and customer communication service for local service businesses in the United Kingdom. The specific features delivered depend on the plan selected and are confirmed in writing at the point of agreement.

Pricing and payment

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. Setup fees are charged upon commencement of onboarding and are non-refundable once work has begun. All prices shown on our website are starting prices and indicative only — final pricing is confirmed in writing before work commences. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing clients.

AI-generated responses: important disclaimer

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses on behalf of your business. While we train the system using information you provide and take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, AI-generated responses are indicative only. Answrd accepts no liability for any inaccuracy, omission, or misrepresentation in AI-generated responses. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to us during onboarding and for notifying us of any changes to your pricing, services, or availability.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. No refund is given for the remaining portion of a monthly subscription period. Setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once onboarding has commenced.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Answrd's total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of customers, or loss of business opportunity.

Data processing

In providing our services we process personal data on your behalf as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement is provided to all clients prior to the commencement of services, as required under UK GDPR.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
