You are never automatically charged a penny for going over. If your call volume grows past your plan, we will get in touch and move you to one that fits, with at least fourteen days notice. You can see exactly where you are in your dashboard at any time.
Calls under twenty seconds, such as hang-ups, spam and misdials, never count towards your allowance either. You never pay for spam calls, hang-ups or misdials.
